Hardware and Roses (H and R) was started by Arianna Lester.  She found a love of finding things others might overlook—and seeing what they could become.

What started in 2020 as a brick and mortar store, has turned into a large online presence with the simple idea: great things deserve another life.

H and R is an online resale and upcycling business built around the thrill of the find. When Arianna is out sourcing for items and finds that unique piece or pre-loved treasure, her creativity begins to flow. She believes there is beauty in giving something a second chance.

Resale is about the hunt—the unexpected pieces, the hidden gems, and those moments when you know you’ve found something special.

Rework is about creativity. Sometimes an item just needs a fresh perspective, a little imagination, or a new purpose.

And Relove is the reason behind it all: taking something with a past and giving it a place in someone else’s story.

H and R  can be a little bit unexpected, but it is always evolving. Pieces are curated with design and love in hopes you’ll find something “new” just for you. 

Remember, the best finds aren't always brand new.
